Naomi Campbell SUED AGAIN!

Naomi Campbell, already accused of hitting several employees, was sued again on Tuesday by a former maid who alleges that the British supermodel assaulted her while dressing her down with bigoted remarks.

The New York-based legal action marks Gaby Gibson's second lawsuit against Campbell, whose lawyer says additional allegations and defendants are included in the filing, the Associated Press reports. The suit also came on the eve of Campbell's scheduled Manhattan Criminal Court appearance to face charges of hitting another employee.

Gibson's latest suit calls Campbell, 36, a "violent super-bigot" who disparaged the maid – who was in Campbell's employ from late 2005 until early 2006 – with such remarks as, "You are not in the Third World any more, stupid," and "Romanians are not usually as dumb as you."

Gibson, in her filing, says the model hit her on Jan. 17, called her names and threatened to charge her with theft after being unable to find a pair of Stella McCartney jeans. Bending over in the closet to search for the slacks, "Campbell either kicked or punched the back of Gibson's head ... while yelling discriminatory comments," according to the legal papers.

Also named as defendants are four companies owned by Campbell and her former publicist, Amanda Silverman, whom Gibson accuses of harming her reputation by having "disseminated false and defamatory statements against Gibson." Unspecified damages are being sought.

Campbell's lawyer, David Breitbart, denied Gibson's claims and said it was his belief that Campbell's employees were contracted to take any complaints against her to arbitration and keep them confidential. Silverman had no comment.

In June, Gibson accused Campbell of employment discrimination, civil assault and civil battery. According to Breitbart, however, the suit was dismissed because papers in the case were not filed within the legal deadline.

Campbell's Wednesday court date on an assault charge also stems from a pair of missing jeans, for which she allegedly blamed the maid. Campbell faces up to seven years in prison and deportation if convicted after a trial on that charge, though Breitbart has said that a plea deal was possibly in the works.

Earlier this year, in July, Campbell, who has a history of anger management issues, was also arrested in London after causing a disturbance outside of the home of her ex, multi-millionaire Dubai playboy Badr Jafar.
