Fleiss Had 'No Bruises' Claims Surgeon.

Former Hollywood madam HEIDI FLEISS had no bruises on her face days after she alleged she was assaulted by ex-boyfriend TOM SIZEMORE, a plastic surgeon said in court on Friday (20Jul07).

The troubled Saving Private Ryan actor, 45, claims the alleged attack didn't happen and is attempting to overturn his 2003 conviction of misdemeanour corporal injury.

Fleiss alleged Sizemore punched her in the jaw in the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, California in April 2003.

Speaking in Los Angeles Superior Court, Doctor Michael Cardenes said he spoke to the couple five days after the alleged assault and Fleiss 'looked fine'.

Sizemore's lawyer Fay Arfa asked, "There was no sign of any trauma, bruising or anything like that?"

Cardenas replied, "I did not notice anything like that."

Deputy District Attorney Robert Cha suggested Fleiss may have sought treatment to reduce the swelling before Cardenas saw her.
Sizemore is currently serving a-16 month prison sentence for violating probation from a drug arrest
