Fergie Turns to Pole Dancing

Fergie was left embarrassed when her mother confronted her on live radio about the stripper pole boyfriend Josh Duhamel has installed in their home.

The 'My Humps' singer was conducting a telephone interview with KIIS-FM DJ Ryan Seacrest when he handed her over to his surprise guest - her mom Terri, who was on the other line.

Terri demanded her daughter tell her if it was true 'Transformers' star Josh has installed the pole in their bedroom.

Shocked Fergie - who is currently on tour in Europe - stuttered: "Um, I don't know. I'm going to find out in a few days."

Terri then broke into laughter and joked: "After a year if you're not using that pole anymore, just turn it horizontal and you can use it as a guard rail for me."

Josh recently revealed he had installed the pole and that Fergie was taking dance lessons in preparation for their unusual bedroom fun.

He said: "Fergie is taking lessons, but she won't get on it until she knows what she's doing, because she doesn't want to look stupid."

Black Eyed Peas Arrest

Taboo, one quarter of the Black Eyed Peas was arrested earlier this week in Los Angeles after a car crash. The artist as found to be driving while under the influence of alcohol and had is his possession an ounce of marijuana and unprescribed medication. He was released and will appear in court on a later date.

The Black Eyed Peas have sold over twenty million records worldwide and have won three Grammy awards. Their new album is expected to hit shelves some time in Autumn and is tentatively titled From Roots to Fruits.
