Lohans THIRD Car Accident!

Lindsay Lohan was involved in her third car accident in two years on Tuesday in Los Angeles.

"She was rear-ended by a paparazzi," says Lohan's publicist Leslie Sloane Zelnik. "She's fine."

The 20-year-old Bobby star was able to drive away in her black Mercedes following a run-in with a photographer around 2 a.m. near the corner of Olympic and La Cienega in Los Angeles, according to the New York Daily News.

"She was apparently able to drive a short distance from the crash," a source told the News. "But she later pulled over and called a friend to pick her up."

Earlier in the evening, Lohan was reportedly spotted outside Los Angeles hot spot Hyde Lounge.

The incident has not been reported to the Los Angeles police department or the sheriff's office.

This isn't the first time Lohan has been involved in a car crash:

• Oct. 4, 2005: Lohan and an unidentified female friend suffered minor injuries when the actress's black Mercedes-Benz convertible crashed into a Chevrolet Astro van on a busy street near the Beverly Center shopping complex.

• May 31, 2005: A photographer was booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after hitting the actress's car. Lohan was not hurt, but the incident spurred California to enact a law this year making paparazzi liable for triple damages to any injured victims.

Britney & Kevin Divorce: All the Details You Have to Know

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline's two-year marriage had gone through ups and downs – but in the last few days before Spears filed for divorce citing "irreconcilable differences," it appeared to rip at the seams. "She tried to support him as much as she could, but at the end of the day she realized it wasn't best for her and her children (to stay)," someone close to Spears tells PEOPLE in its upcoming cover story. "She's standing up for herself and making positive changes in her life." (The couple have two sons: Sean Preston, 1, and Jayden James who was born on Sept. 12.)

Rumors of a Brit split were rampant: The couple hadn't been photographed together in weeks, and Spears skipped several recent events to promote Federline's album Playing with Fire. Still, the timing took many by surprise. "As far as I knew they were perfectly fine," says Michael Prescott, a family friend from Kentwood, La., Britney's hometown. "I talked to Miss Lynne (Britney's mother) just the other day and she said Britney and Kevin were going to take a vacation trip together to Hawaii, just get away from everything for a few days." The announcement "came as a total surprise," says a Federline pal. "We're all in shock. (We're hoping) it might just be that she's feeling a lot of postpartum emotions and this is something that will blow over." Yet sources who spent time with Federline in New York City the weekend before Spears filed for divorce say it was obvious something was seriously wrong.

Both Spears and Federline were in Manhattan, ostensibly for a concert and party for his album, "but they didn't spend any time together," says one source. "Britney stayed at the Regency Hotel, he stayed at the Doubletree. And she didn't come to his record release party at (the nightclub) Stereo." By the time a solo Federline arrived in Toronto Monday "he looked pretty depressed," says a photo agency rep who was with him. Spears, on the other hand, had never looked happier. On Monday she dropped in on David Letterman at the Late Show looking svelte and wearing a short black dress and blonde bob. After the appearance Spears went straight from the Ed Sullivan Theater in midtown Manhattan to the nearby Sony Studios, where she faxed her signature to the Los Angeles lawyers handling her divorce. The next day, Nov. 7, the lawyers filed divorce papers at the L.A. county superior court.

Though the couple's two-year marriage always seemed a little shaky (one Web site started a divorce countdown the day after their September 2004 wedding), a source close to Federline says the marriage took a turn for the worse in late September when Federline headed to Las Vegas with his friends to party at Tao for the nightclub's one-year anniversary, leaving Britney, who had just given birth three weeks earlier, home alone. "This was her last straw," says the source. "He said, 'I have to go to Vegas.' He didn't have to go to Vegas. He uses any excuse to party. She said, 'I've had enough.' " Not long after that, according to the source, Federline moved out, and has been staying with friends who have a place in the San Fernando Valley.

Is Jay-Z Stealing Music?

Hip-hop mogul Shawn 'Jay-Z' Carter faces a lawsuit over his 2004 hit "Justify My Thug." The rapper has been accused by Bridgeport Music of violating copyright laws by using samples on the track without permission.

Publishers Bridgeport, which owns the rights to many hip-hop favored recordings, won a landmark case in 2004 meaning all samples used must be paid for by the artist. Since 2001, the publisher has filed over 800 lawsuits alongside Westbound Records, according to AllHipHop.com.

Spokespeople for both Jay-Z and Bridgeport refused to comment on the case

Bond Girl Gets Used By Magazine Company!

Actress Eva Green considered suing British style magazine GQ after a "serious" photo spread she posed for ended up as part of a 'Sexiest Bond Girl Ever' article. The sultry French star was far from flattered when an interview she did for Arena magazine ended up in GQ without her knowledge or permission.

Green fumes, "They were not allowed to take those pictures. I didn't do any interview for them. I did an interview for Arena, so I was not happy when they used my image and not me as an actress. It's just stupid. I could sue, but I don't want to. They just use you but you can't control everything otherwise you'd go mad."

Borat: Gone Too Far or Just Far Enough?

Wow! According to the LA Daily News, "Borat" has really stirred up some contraversary! And has even began recieving THREATS!!!!

ALMATY, Kazakhstan (AP) — Borat, beware: Accept an invitation by a top Kazakh official to find out what the country is like and you could be in for a nasty surprise.
"I'd kill this impostor on the spot," said Eltai Muptekeyev, who makes his living in Almaty by posing for photos with a blindfolded falcon clinging to a thick leather glove on his hand.
As Sacha Baron Cohen's movie about his bigoted, English-mangling creation Borat Sagdiyev hits screens in Europe and the United States, the outrage among Kazakhs over the way their nation is being represented has not gone away.
Borat has told the world that Kazakhs are addicted to horse urine, enjoy shooting dogs, view rape and incest as respectable hobbies and are fond of "running of the Jew" festivals.
In "Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan," the fictional Kazakh journalist travels to the United States to make a documentary and bring his findings back to his homeland.
Even the nation's most liberal political voice suggested that "in a country where rules are more strict than ours, there would have been a government decree to destroy Borat."
"Even if we set aside his (offensive) personality, he should certainly bear responsibility for his offensive words," said Zharmakhan Tuyakbai, leader of the opposition National Social-Democratic Party.
But some Kazakhs see the humor.

Aigul Abysheva, a third-year linguistics student at Almaty State University, said she at first was "disgusted" by Borat's jokes, especially by his "chain of importance" — where dogs and horses are higher than women.
"But then I realized he was making fun of ignorant people, no matter where they come from," she said. "The real target of Borat's movie is a couch potato who believes that Kazakhs drink horse urine."
Kazakhstan's deputy foreign minister, Rakhat Aliyev, recently extended an invitation to Borat to find out the truth about Kazakhstan: "He can discover a lot of things. Women drive cars, wine is made of grapes and Jews are free to go to synagogues."

He also said his compatriots were overreacting. "We must have a sense of humor and respect other people's freedom of creativity," Aliyev said.

But many Kazakhs still bristle at the way they are being portrayed.
Svetlana Chuikina, an anchorwoman on Kazakh television, said Borat didn't even look the part.
"He might look like a Turk, but definitely not like a Kazakh," she said.
An ethnic Russian, she considers Kazakhstan her homeland — just like the people of some 100 ethnic groups living in the ex-Soviet republic the size of Western Europe. Ethnic Kazakhs amount to just half of the population of 16 million.
Covered with steppe and deserts and blessed with immense oil reserves, Kazakhstan is one of the fastest-growing economies in the former Communist bloc. The streets of Almaty are jammed with expensive SUVs, restaurants are packed and boutiques offer fine Italian shoes.

Having been part of two giant empires — that of the Mongols and the Soviet Union — Kazakhs are equally proud of their nomadic heritage and European education.
"Our way of thinking is mostly European," said Tuyakbai, the opposition leader. "For 70 years we lived in a totalitarian state, and successfully transformed our society in just 15 years of independence."
His tone changed when the conversation turned to Borat.
"If I see him, I'll hit him in the face," he said.

Busta Rhymes Busted for CELL PHONE!

NEW YORK - Busta Rhymes picked the wrong place to be on his cell phone — behind the wheel, driving past a police station.

Rhymes, whose legal name is Trevor Smith, was talking and cruising about 7 p.m. Thursday when he was spotted and pulled over, police said Friday.

The rapper, who's had other run-ins with the law, was issued a summons for a moving violation.
Rhymes' management office declined to comment Friday.
Last month, the best-selling rap star appeared in court on an assault charge for allegedly attacking a man who spit on his car in August. He is due back in court in that case on Dec. 11.
In another case involving the unsolved shooting death of his bodyguard
Israel Ramirez in February, Rhymes has refused to be questioned by police as a potential witness. Police say Rhymes, 34, has made no effort to help identify the killer. The shooting occurred outside a music video taping in Brooklyn.
The rapper's most recent album was the "The Big Bang," released earlier this year, featuring the hit "Touch It." Rhymes has had a stream of hits throughout his career, which spans more than a decade, including "Put Your Hands Where My Eyes Could See" and "Dangerous." He's also been in films, including 2000's "Shaft."

Kanye West and his big fat ego have struck again, this time at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Copenhagen. Kanye, 29, was so upset when he wasn't awarded best video for "Touch The Sky" that he stormed the stage and gave the audience a piece of his mind. The Grammy-winner lost out to Justice vs. Simian and grabbed the microphone as they were receiving their award for best video.

He ranted on with a speech that can only be described as 'not for virgin ears' (perfectly safe for Paris Hilton) as he expressed his discontent with the final decision. Kanye has a ranting history as we witnessed last year at the Hurricane Katrina benefit when he said that George Bush doesn't care about black people. If these kind of antics keep up, soon no one will care about Kanye either.
