Even though Bret admitted to the hospital for a warning stroke, one month after suffering a brain hemorrhage, he came back for the finale. He will be back on television soon, first in a series of interviews to celebrate his “Celebrity Apprentice” victory. Next Sunday VH1 will preview a forthcoming reality show, “Bret Michaels: Life As I Know It,” that is supposed to debut in fall next fall. But the cable channel said last week that production on the show had been “temporarily halted,” with “Bret’s health as our primary concern.”

Perez Hilton to be Charged with Child Pornography? Miley Cirus

Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton, or someone with access to his Twitter account, sent out a link to a celebrity "upskirt" photo last Sunday. No big deal, right, happens all the time? Seriously, just ask Lindsay Lohan. Except this time, the skirt was allegedly being worn by one Miley Cyrus.

For those who don't hang out in the Internet gutter, such photos are usually snapped when a female celeb -- in a short dress or skirt, preferably sans panties -- gets out of a car. It's a vulnerable moment, unless you're Demi Moore, in which case your ninja upskirt-blocking skills prevent such hideous images from being captured.

Outside of celeb circles, such ninja skills are referred to as "acting like a lady."

But here's the problem: Miley, no matter how much she "Can't Be Tamed," is only 17. As in, not 18. Also referred to as "not legally an adult." Which means laws protecting kids from sexual exploitation could come into play -- 17 is an age that Perez's male enhancement needs to be kept to ones self...not published on the net.

The link's long gone, and there's talk that the image might be a product of Photoshop, but according to a legal analyst over at Salon, none of that matters.

"We're not talking about a misdemeanor," attorney Jeffrey Douglas told the website. "You don't have to know what the definition of the law is; all you have to do is knowingly distribute the photograph."

On Monday night, Hilton posted a video -- not a direct response to the photo link, mind you -- in which he says that "it's OK for Miley to be a little sexier, because she's almost 18." And on Tuesday afternoon he posted a link to a picture of Miley fully clothed, allegedly "proving" underwear was present because you can see it through her frock.

Mmm-kay. Isn't an upskirt of a child's underwear sort of the same thing?

The NFL awarded the 2010 Super Bowl — Super Bowl XLIV — to Miami. It is the 10th time the city, who last hosted in 2007, will play host to the championship event. Some think that it is Florida's weather that is the real winner, and I certainly can't argue with that. The fact that Tampa just hosted the 2009 Super Bowl, pretty much confirms Florida as a "super" location in my mind.

The championship game will be played February 7, 2010 at Dolphin Stadium. The stadium has a seating capacity of 75,540. Looking to obtain tickets? Good luck. The majority of Super Bowl tickets are distributed to the NFL teams, with each team receiving 17.5 percent of the tickets. The non-participating teams receive 1.2 percent; and, the host team — Miami Dolphins — will receive five percent. The remaining tickets are controlled by the NFL. It distributes those primarily to NFL affiliated companies, the broadcast network, corporate sponsors, media, charities, fans and the host committee. Only about one percent of the tickets go to fans.

Insider Information on the Billy Mays Celebrity Death

Mays, 50, the emphatic and well-known seller of the OxiClean stain remover, the Zorbeez super chamois, a sticky substance called Mighty Putty, gadgets like electronics and and even items related to Direct TV Systems, was found unresponsive in his Tampa, FL home Sunday morning. He was declared dead by a fire rescue crew at 7:45 a.m., according to Sgt. Christopher Ugles, a spokesman for the Tampa Police Department.

The cause of his death was unknown, but Mays had told his wife, Deborah, that he didn't feel well after a U.S. Airways flight he was on made a bumpy landing Saturday afternoon. In an interview with a local Direct TV station, Mays said he was struck on the head by a falling object during the landing.

Later, the airline confirmed that Mays was on the flight.

Mays was not known so much as an innovator; TV infomercials have been around for decades, and other small-screen pitchmen,have become quasi-household names.

In April, the Discovery Channel began airing "Pitchmen" - Billy Mays newest show. You can get this show on a Direct TV Service.

Former Spice Girl Melanie Chisholm has revealed she is pregnant.

Mel, 34, is expecting her first baby with partner of six years, Thomas Starr.

She is the last of the five Spice Girls to have a baby. Mel - also known as Mel C and Sporty Spice - revealed yesterday (21.08.08) she is "delighted" by the news.

Hi this is John from BuddyTV and I'm talking to Lacey Conner, one of the contestants from VH1's Rock of Love. How are you doing Lacey?

I'm doing great! How are you?

I'm good. Now the show has been ... it ended a while ago. What have you been up to since the show set out?

Oh my God, it's been really crazy. For starters, I actually just got signed to an agency called: APA. They are the same agency that represents Brett Michaels so I know they're going to be putting me to work. I'm going to be doing some more stuff with VH1. I'm going to be doing an internet hosting gig for Dean Guitars at the NAMM convention. And I'm doing more music stuff, and I started this dog rescue thing. So I've got a lot of stuff going on. I've got a full plate. Haha.

You definitely do. And with the new representation and doing things with VH1, is there any talk about ... because a lot of these VH1 shows then spawn off other VH1 shows ...

Right. Right.

So is there any other discussion or talk about maybe you starring in sort of your own dating show?

You know, I really wish I could answer that question but we've kind of got to keep it on the down-low right now. Everything's going to be a surprise. So, I can't answer specifically ... but I can tell you I am going to be seen on VH1 in the future and it's going to be fun. It's going to be pretty crazy. I know that's not exactly the answer you wanted to hear, but it's the best I could do for right now.

Okay. And you briefly mentioned your pet rescue that you started up: New Dawn Pet Rescue. I'm just wondering, did you start that up beforehand? Is that since you've been done?

Actually no. I started it right when the show ended. I've always been involved in animal rights, and I always used to go to protests and write letters to congressmen and things of that nature. But I decided I kind of wanted to do a more hands on type of thing. So, as soon as Rock of Love got done taping, I started my own rescue group back in April called New Dawn Pet Rescue. And what I do is I go to the pound, the LA City animal shelter. They have a very high euthanasia rate because there are so many dogs that come in and they get in more dogs than they can adopt out. There just aren't enough homes for all of these dogs. So a lot of really healthy, young dogs that have nothing wrong with them get put to sleep. So I go in and find dogs that are going to be euthanized and take them home. A lot of times too, in the pound, dogs are sick or they have a really severe injury that needs surgery, so I'll take them home. I'll get them whatever medical attention they need. I'll let them recuperate in my house, then I'll keep them as long as it takes to find them a new home so that way there's no risk that they're going to be euthanized. So, that's what I do.

Definitely sounds good. Now, how many dogs do you have at your house right now?

Seth Shifty Binzer - Celebrity Rehab VH1

For down-and-out stars, one getaway seems to be more popular than the Caribbean, Cabo and the Côte d'Azur combined: Rehab.

Looking at last year's photos of Lindsay Lohan leisurely riding horseback at Utah's Cirque lodge and a bald Britney Spears strolling the grounds of California's Promises facility, it's easy to assume that for celebrities, a stint in rehab is no more grueling than a trip to Starbucks or the nail salon.

Dr. Drew Pinsky wants to flush that notion like a bottle of black-market barbiturates.

"People think celebrities are going to some kind of spa treatment program when they go to rehab. They don't understand how hard it actually is," said Pinsky, who attempts to shepherd nine celebrities from drug and alcohol addiction to sobriety in "Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew," premiering on VH1 tonight.

"People somehow believe celebrities are different from everyone else," he continued. "They don't understand how much mental disease there is among the famous."

Series like A&E's "Intervention" and HBO's "Addiction" have turned the spotlight on drug and alcohol abuse before. VH1's show is the first to bring a group of addicts together and follow their treatment.

Celebrity Rehab" begins with nine stars checking into the Pasadena Recovery Center. Among them: actor Daniel Baldwin, former pro-wrestler Chyna, VH1 reality series alum Brigitte Nielsen, Crazy Town singer Seth "Shifty" Binzer, and a celeb who recently fell off the wagon again, "American Idol" finalist Jessica Sierra.

Unlike many addicts who are forced into rehab by family, friends or the law, the "Celebrity Rehab" participants came to the program on their own.

"I was past due for needing help," said Binzer, a cocaine addict who freebases crack in a home video featured in "Celebrity Rehab." "I took it to that level where it became a really scary thing to me."

Smoking joint after joint, snorting cocaine, vomiting into a toilet, "Celebrity Rehab" shows its stars at rock bottom. Though Pinksy may be best known for sex advice doled out on the radio and TV call-in show "Loveline," he's no Dr. Phil -- he has the medical chops to administer real treatment.

An addiction and recovery specialist, Pinsky's the medical director of the department of chemical dependency services at Southern California's Las Encinas Hospital. He considers "Celebrity Rehab" a documentary about him treating a group of patients -- not a typical reality show. But as is often the case in Hollywood, cameras and a weekly paycheck for the patients helped the process.

"Cameras sort of hold people accountable -- they motivate them to keep them going," Pinsky said. "I was able to do more intensive work because these people were getting paid by the week. They wanted to get paid and they wanted to be on TV."

"Celebrity Rehab" wrapped production in August, which means its stars have been out of Pinsky's watch almost six months. For some, sobriety has stuck.

"I've been sober now for six months. And I stopped smoking Sept. 4," said Nielsen, who checked in for alcohol addiction. "This is forever. This is a change of life completely. It's not easy but it's the only way to become normal again."

For others, sobriety hasn't been so easy. Last month, Sierra was arrested for disorderly intoxication and resisting officers. In lieu of prison, a judge sentenced her to three years probation and another stint in rehab under Pinsky's supervision -- this time for one year, no cameras rolling.

"People look at her and say, 'See, treatment doesn't work.' That's not true. Jessica did not have the kind of funds for the kind of treatment she needed," Pinsky said. "She is not a resistive patient. She actively engages in treatment. She just needs a lot more."

Would Pinsky be willing to take the Winehouses and Dohertys of the world under his wing for another season of "Celebrity Rehab?" Only if the "public exposure doesn't have a net adverse affect" on the stars he just treated, who know that the pressure's on to keep the gossip about them good.

"I think it'll stick if I do the work it takes to stick," said Binzer, who's in talks to do a separate reality series about trying to stay sober. "If I wanted to keep doing drugs, I shouldn't have done this show. People are going to be looking for the least bit of intoxication in my eyes."

Amy Winehouse has been accused of killing her friend's hamster.

The troubled singer - who has a well-documented problem with drink and drugs - had been partying at pal Peter Pepper's girlfriend's house when poor rodent Georgie Porgie lost its life and Peter is convinced Amy was responsible.

Peter, Amy's former session musician, said: "Georgie was a birthday present and we'd got him out to play with in the morning. I'd been to bed, but Amy had stayed up and there was still going strong and had drunk the drinks cabinet dry.

"The next thing I know, it bites me, runs off and Amy says she'll catch it. I was a bit suspicious when she said she was good with hamsters.

"But I went to put a plaster on my finger and by the time I came back Amy said she'd put it to bed and it was sleeping. But just hours later Georgie was stone cold and hard. I don't know what she did to it - it was probably crack!"

Despite the incident last year Peter, who is now the lead singer of new band Palladium, has remained good friends with Amy but is "too scared" about raising the issue about Georgie's suspicious death with her.

Radiohead Feels Cheated By Fans

Radiohead's decision to allow fans to pay what they want for their new album has backfired.

The band's 'honesty experience', which gave people the choice to download 'In Rainbows' for free or pay a sum of their choosing, saw three out of five fans opting not to pay for the LP.

A massive 62 per cent of web users who visited the bespoke site failed to enter their credit card details.

Of the 1.2 million people who downloaded the album between October 10 and October 29, the average price was found to be $6, according to findings by internet information provider comScore.

This figure was largely boosted by the 12 per cent of 'honest' fans who were willing to pay between $8 to $12 - the approximate cost of downloading the album from an online retail music outlet such as iTunes.

American fans were the most generous, paying an average of $8.05, compared to $4.64 paid outside the US.

Courtney Love has continued her attack against British actor Steve Coogan, telling him to leave Hollywood.

The former Hole singer - an ex-girlfriend of Coogan's and a close friend of troubled actor Owen Wilson - claimed earlier in the week the British actor was to blame for Owen's attempted suicide and now wants him to get out of Tinseltown.

The end of Big Brother 8 is drawing near but who will be crowned 2007 winner?

The twins are this week being hailed as the most popular housemates ever with more £5 million of bets being placed in their favour.

Sam and Amanda captured the hearts of the nation with their dippy ways and child-like innocence but is that going to be enough to win them the cash.

Just a few weeks ago Brian looked like the favourite to win after he made us all laugh with his opinions on Shakespeare and bed-wetting antics.

The Essex boy could still scoop the prize and bookies are offering 11/4 odds that he will be the last to leave tomorrow.

Ziggy was a massive hit when he was the first man to enter the house. His suave suit and polite manner made him look like a sure winner.

Lusty Liam has been the ladies favourite since he entered the house in week 2. His laid back attitude and boyish humour definitely put him in the lead at one point but is that going to take him all the way?

The Toxic singer was performing her fifth return show at Orlando's House of Blues when the incident happened, forcing the singer to look away as technicians raced to get the tape back on track.

The pop star and her M+M's dancers took to the stage at 9.30pm local time to perform for the sell-out crowd, and opened the show with her classic ...Baby One More Time.

Unlike the series of concerts she performed at House of Blues venues in California and Las Vegas earlier this month (May07), this show didn't go quite to plan. But despite the brief musical mishap, Spears looked like she was having great fun onstage.

She ended the set with a shortened Toxic and then parted after telling the crowd, "Thank you so much for being here. You're awesome. I love you!" As Wenn went to press, Spears was set to perform a second Florida show in Miami.
